Donna L. Floyd

Owner, CPA, BBA

I graduated from UNB Saint John in 1999 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. I obtained my CGA designation in 2002 and have been working in the accounting industry for the last 18 years. I have worked in both industrial accounting and public accounting, and in 2009 I decided to open my own accounting firm. When I’m not in the office, I love baking, spending time on my side by side with Derrick and hanging out with my family and friends.

Alysha MacEachern

I received my Business Administration Diploma from NBCC in 2011, where I majored in accounting. Most recently, I have completed three courses required to obtain my T1 professional Tax Preparation Diploma. I started working at Donna’s office in 2012, where I prepare personal tax returns, conduct preparation work on corporate tax returns and attend to the bookkeeping for various businesses. When I’m not in the office, I love spending time outside and hanging out with friends.

In 2013, I started working at Donna’s office, where I prepare personal and corporate tax returns and meet with clients to discuss various tax matters. Outside the office, I enjoy hanging out with my three boys in the great outdoors.

Sue Alcorn

I graduated from Belleisle Regional High School with a business diploma. I have worked in the accounting industry since 1987, where I have filled various roles in different organizations. In 1999, I purchased a general store, where I learned the ins and outs of operating a small business in New Brunswick. I started working at Donna’s office in 2009, where I conduct preparation work for corporation tax returns, and attend to the bookkeeping for several businesses. Outside the office, you’ll find me spending my time with my family and friends, whether it’s on the snowmobiles in the winter or buggying in the summer. My favourite spot is our little log cabin on the lake deep in the woods.

Following graduation from Sussex Regional High School in 1991, I obtained a Legal Assistant Diploma from Oulton’s Business College.  Since 1992, I have worked in customer service and held management positions in retail and most recently the restaurant and motel industry.  I joined Donna’s team in October 2018, providing bookkeeping services for various businesses.  When I am not working, I enjoy baking and spending time with my husband and our two children.

Janie Dysart

I was hired at Donna L. Floyd, CPA Professional Corp., October 9, 2018, as office manager. My position entails bookkeeping and managing the front desk as well as other administrative duties.

I graduated from the Office Administration Executive Course at NBCC Saint John in 2007. I have 11 years of administration experience. For the last seven years, my main focus was payroll, union remittances (NB & NS) and safety documentation tracking. Previously, my duties included various office tasks such as bank deposits, purchase orders, cost tracking in excel and processing payments.

Most favourite activity is Big Family Gatherings, especially dinners and reunions, it is nice to catch up with people you may not have seen in a while.
